This also applies to those coaches which still
carry "smoking" notices and have ashtrays,
these items have been retained for historical
accuracy.

Our passenger coaches are irreplaceable
antiques, each taking years to restore. It is
for this reason that smoking is no longer allowed
on any SVR trains.
